![]() ![]() I enjoyed the content and wouldn’t have minded diving a little deeper into some of the health issues like heart disease and diabetes. I did feel like the deadlines were more than enough time to complete the assignments and finished with almost too much time to spare. I thought that the class was very well organized and I had no problem navigating through the course content. I know that exercise will help keep my body healthy and strong, and my future is brighter with good health on my side.Ĥ. This class has helped me incorporate exercise into my daily routine. ![]() I have always had exercise as a goal, however this class helped me create the structure needed to make it a lifestyle. My intention is to exercise throughout life for the many physical and mental health benefits. Finally, this class taught how to use structure to achieve a sense of lifelong wellness.ģ.What is your intention to continue exercising in your life and why? We learned about different types of exercise and muscle groups that are pertinent to bettering our health routines. (including, spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and intellectual)The curriculum also touched on body physiology. I learned about different methods and programs to help maintain a physically active life, eat a healthy diet, and balance my health in all areas. This class taught me how to set goals for myself in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle. How would you apply this information to your life? It also gave me ideas on how to maintain these practices long term thus achieving “lifelong wellness.” After taking the course I would define lifelong wellness simply as a healthy balance that results in an over all feeling of wellness throughout your lifetime.Ģ. This class taught me the importance of maintaining healthy physical exercise and eating routines. Lifelong wellness is achieved by a healthy balance of physical, mental, and social health.
